Lead customer-embedded infrastructure delivery from hardware validation and capacity onboarding through production operations. Build automation for provisioning, fleet management, observability, and reliability; coordinate Cloudflare infrastructure, hardware, data center, supply chain, network, and customer engineering teams. Own technical relationships, capacity planning, incident response, operational readiness, and feedback to product teams. The role requires regular on-site customer engagement in Austin or San Francisco.

Drive new customer acquisition, account expansion, renewals, and revenue growth across a mid-market San Francisco territory. Build sales pipelines, manage partner relationships, conduct account planning, forecast outcomes, negotiate contracts, and position Cloudflare security and connectivity solutions. Develop strategic relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, identify cross-sell opportunities, support customer adoption and retention, and collaborate cross-functionally to relay customer insights.

Build and operate secure, resilient distributed systems for secrets and key management across Cloudflare’s global network. Re-architect internal PKI and machine or workload identity systems, participate in on-call incident response, support internal developers, and advise engineering teams on secure system design. The role requires software development, distributed systems expertise, Linux/UNIX administration, and hands-on security implementation experience.
