Teams at Cobot

Design, implement, test, and maintain production embedded C++ firmware and device drivers for robots. Own full software lifecycle, ensure time-critical reliability and safety, lead technical investigations, mentor engineers, and collaborate with hardware, systems, controls, safety, and test teams.

Lead end-to-end software programs for a robotic product, driving planning, execution, and delivery of autonomy stack components, robot behaviors, and fleet management. Coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, troubleshoot deployments, align engineering work to customer needs, and streamline processes to deliver scalable, customer-focused robotic solutions.

Perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting of robotic components in the lab; assist engineers across software, mechanical, and electrical disciplines; contribute to data collection and analysis during hardware and software testing. Onsite full-time in Santa Clara.
