Build and own Cogent’s IT function across endpoints, identity and access management, SaaS vendors, office infrastructure, and end-user support. The role includes device provisioning, MDM, SSO, MFA, automation using Python and workflow tools, AI tool governance, documentation, and secure self-service workflows. This hands-on, in-person role supports San Francisco, New York, and remote employees while establishing scalable IT processes and security controls.

Build and optimize B2B digital demand programs across paid media, landing pages, webinars, nurture, conversion paths, and campaign operations. Own audience activation, attribution, reporting, and pipeline performance while partnering with Growth, Sales, Content, Product Marketing, RevOps, and agencies. Use AI and automation to accelerate campaign development, creative production, analysis, and workflow execution for a cybersecurity-focused company.

Partner with founders and leaders on strategic and operational initiatives, support AI research operations and partnerships, build the QA function, and own product operations by translating customer needs into specifications and managing the ticket pipeline. The role is a high-ownership generalist position requiring strong analytical, communication, judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-moving startup environment.
