Owns full-cycle recruiting for sales and broader go-to-market teams at a high-growth technology company. Responsibilities include market mapping, outbound sourcing, referral-program development, candidate closing, hiring-manager coaching, structured interview processes, recruiting metrics, and executive partnership. The recruiter will establish scalable GTM hiring practices, assess enterprise sales talent, support employer messaging, and manage multiple searches while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Leads Cogent’s communications strategy across earned media, PR, executive visibility, creator partnerships, announcements, crisis communications, and research promotion. Runs the PR agency, develops narratives, prepares executives, secures press and speaking opportunities, and builds relationships with security and AI influencers. The role also establishes AI-enabled communications workflows, maintains approved messaging, and measures coverage and audience growth. Requires extensive B2B technology communications experience, preferably in cybersecurity, plus strong writing, media judgment, executive counsel, and startup communications leadership.

Develop cybersecurity product positioning, messaging, content, launch programs, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and technical evaluation materials. Partner with product, sales, and customers to translate product differentiation into enterprise-ready stories, battlecards, solution pages, whitepapers, demos, ROI frameworks, and sales plays. Use AI to accelerate content production while maintaining accuracy and credibility with security practitioners.
