Build scalable operational and financial systems, oversee contracts and vendor relationships, forecast resources, and strengthen execution discipline. Lead Convergent's enterprise legal function: set legal and IP strategy, manage a growing legal team and outside counsel, ensure 501(c)(3) and cross-border compliance, support complex transactions (licensing, spinouts, government-funded R&D), build scalable legal systems and playbooks, and advise executive leadership on risk and governance.

Manage financial operations for Convergent and its FROs, overseeing monthly close, reconciliations, treasury, AR/AP, payroll, grant financial oversight and reporting, audit readiness including 990s, and improvements to systems, controls, and SOPs while translating finance to non-finance stakeholders.
