Engineers will own problems end to end, collaborate closely with a small research team, document technical reasoning, and help shape the organization’s technical direction.

Leads Arbor’s clinical science strategy and human neuroscience program, defining target conditions, symptoms, interventions, outcome measures, and clinical impact. Runs longitudinal human studies, interprets results, builds clinical partnerships, advises animal and modeling programs, evaluates platform collaborations, writes scientific and fundraising materials, and hires the growing human science team. The role requires an accomplished clinician-scientist or clinically oriented neuroscientist with substantial independent research experience and hands-on expertise conducting human studies.
