Lead Corridor’s technical partnership strategy across the agentic software development ecosystem. Build executive relationships with AI coding, developer tools, and foundation model companies; develop integrations, ecosystem programs, joint customer opportunities, and industry standards; and drive adoption, product usage, revenue, security, and responsible AI practices. Represent Corridor publicly and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM teams in a hybrid San Francisco role.

Own corporate IT operations and security: onboarding/offboarding, device and endpoint management, identity and access, networking, SaaS administration, vulnerability management, incident response, and GRC/compliance programs while scaling processes and tooling.

Provides technical customer support by troubleshooting GitHub repositories, CI/CD pipelines, integrations, logs, code, and configurations. Owns support tickets through resolution, assists with onboarding and implementation, identifies recurring issues, creates documentation and internal tooling, and partners with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to improve customer outcomes and product reliability.
