About Corridor

Software development is becoming autonomous. The fastest teams already work this way, and at Corridor, we are leading the way on secure development as the rest of the industry follows.

Security tools were designed for a world where a person wrote the code and a person reviewed it. That's changing quickly. Corridor is securing software factories. We are the security solution for software that builds itself at every level of autonomy. We are preventing vulnerabilities as agents write code, and guiding teams to help decide what's safe to ship.

We're a small, talented team, led by Jack Cable (Former CISA - Secure by Design), Ashwin Ramaswami (Former CISA, Stanford, and Schmidt Futures) and, Alex Stamos (Former CISO of Facebook, Yahoo, SentinelOne).

Corridor is backed by Conviction, with a $25M Series A led by Felicis and our customers include ElevenLabs, Lovable, Mercor, and Langchain.

The Role

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be the technical front line for Corridor's customers - troubleshooting issues, digging into code and CI/CD workflows, and making sure engineering and security teams get fast, expert answers so they can keep shipping secure software with confidence.

You'll work hands-on with customers' GitHub repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and Corridor's product to diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage support requests end-to-end in Pylon, and partner closely with Engineering and Product to fix root causes and improve the product for everyone.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Pylon, email, and Slack, and own tickets through to resolution

  • Investigate, reproduce, and resolve technical issues across customers' GitHub repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and integrations with Corridor

  • Dig into logs, code, and configurations to pinpoint root causes, partnering closely with Engineering on complex or novel issues

  • Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and troubleshooting so they realize value from Corridor quickly

  • Track trends in support volume and recurring issues, and advocate for fixes and improvements in product planning

  • Build and maintain documentation, FAQs, and internal tooling to make support faster and more scalable as we grow

  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product to ensure a seamless, end-to-end customer experience

Who You Are

  • You're a curious, technical problem-solver who enjoys getting into the weeds with customers and code to find the real fix.

  • You're comfortable reading code, working in GitHub repos, and reasoning about CI/CD and modern developer workflows

  • You have a customer-first mindset and take ownership of issues until they're truly resolved

  • You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, in writing and in conversation

  • You're organized and can triage and prioritize across multiple open issues at once

  • You're energized by a fast-moving, early-stage environment and enjoy building process as you go

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years in a technical support, solutions engineering, or technical account management role, ideally in cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure, or AI

  • Hands-on experience with GitHub (or similar version control systems) and CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience with a support/ticketing platform such as Pylon (or similar tools like Zendesk or Salesforce)

  • Basic scripting or coding ability, and comfort exploring a codebase to isolate an issue

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment

Equal Opportunity

Corridor is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, reproductive health decisions, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
