Support leadership as an execution-focused partner managing operations, people, finance, and automation. Own contracts, onboarding, recruiting pipeline, vendor research, invoicing, and cross-functional projects. Build scalable systems and AI/no-code automations, maintain audit-ready records, and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency.

Lead and build the full revenue function: define GTM, own sales and pipeline, hire and scale the sales team, set pricing and ICP, establish CRM and revenue ops, drive outbound and key account relationships, and provide market feedback to shape product.

Lead and scale Cracken's global partner ecosystem by defining strategy, sourcing and closing strategic channel and technology alliances, building partner programs (resellers, MSSPs, SIs), driving partner-influenced revenue, and recruiting and leading a partnerships team. Work cross-functionally to operationalize integrations, manage executive-level relationships, and represent the company at industry events.
