As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will advise clients on implementing Workday solutions, manage projects, conduct data transformations, and enhance client satisfaction through excellent communication and process improvement.

Lead and participate in end-to-end Workday PATT implementations (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Scheduling): requirements gathering, configuration, data conversion, testing, deployment, and client advisory. Support documentation, troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and practice development while mentoring team members and delivering process and cost improvements.

As a Workday PATT Architect, you'll advise clients on Workday implementations, lead complex projects, and design scalable solutions while fostering innovation and mentoring junior consultants.
