Research and prototype wireless sensing systems for augmented reality, wearable, and robotic applications. Design hardware platforms and software infrastructure, develop wireless perception and sensing algorithm prototypes, validate technologies, collaborate with product and research teams, communicate technical outcomes, and publish findings. The role requires experience with RF systems, signal processing, machine learning, and relevant programming and ML frameworks.

Lead end-to-end new product introduction for enterprise compute server and storage hardware, from concept through production launch. Coordinate thermal, mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering teams; manage EVT and DVT validation; track schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables; and drive issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, supplier coordination, manufacturing ramp-up, and mass production readiness. The role requires primarily onsite work and strong hardware development and validation expertise.

Performs electromagnetic, signal integrity, and power integrity simulations for high-speed digital interfaces up to 448Gbps. Analyzes PAM4 and NRZ links, eye diagrams, jitter, noise, S-parameters, PDNs, impedance control, transmission lines, and PCB stack-ups. Develops design guidelines, documents simulation results, correlates simulations with measurements, and collaborates with PCB layout engineers and fabrication vendors on server, data center, and networking hardware.
