About the job

Delart is home to a team of world-class engineers and project leaders dedicated to developing the next generation of advanced networking technologies, consumer devices, and innovative technology solutions. Trusted by some of the world’s leading technology companies, we deliver highly scalable, mission-critical solutions that power both consumer and business applications globally. Since our founding in 2017, we have been at the forefront of designing cutting-edge networking, telecommunications, and consumer products, while driving end-to-end project execution and creating transformative technology applications.

Overview

Drive execution-oriented new product introduction (NPI) for enterprise compute and storage hardware, overseeing the process from concept to production launch. This technical program management (TPM) role emphasizes leadership of cross-disciplinary engineering teams, expert guidance in hardware validation phases, and strictly onsite delivery in high-stakes hardware development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end NPI execution for compute server and storage hardware programs, ensuring successful delivery from initial design to production launch.
  • Manage cross-functional (XFN) teams, coordinating with thermal, mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering stakeholders.
  • Plan and oversee DVT (Design Validation Test) and EVT (Engineering Validation Test) phases, ensuring all hardware components meet requirements and specifications.
  • Identify and resolve program risks, driving teams to maintain aggressive timelines and execution focus.
  • Serve as the primary TPM interface for status reporting, issue escalation, and cross-team alignment throughout the NPI lifecycle.
  • Establish and execute schedules, milestones, and deliverables with an emphasis on onsite presence and direct stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience in compute servers, data center hardware, or storage system development.
  • Technical understanding of server hardware components (processors, memory, storage, power, thermal management, etc.).
  • Proven track record managing XFN hardware development teams through NPI, DVT, and EVT stages.
  • Hands-on experience driving programs through hardware validation and toward mass production.
  • Ability to operate independently and prioritize execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong onsite coordination skills and willingness to work primarily in-office.
  • Familiarity with supplier and manufacturing ramp-up processes for enterprise-scale hardware.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with high-density or hyperscale server architectures.
  • Advanced knowledge of program execution tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
  • Prior involvement in thermal, mechanical, and electrical co-design for compute platforms.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
