Lead the strategy and roadmap for Demandbase’s orchestration platform, including workflow builders, triggers, actions, integrations, and AI-assisted automation. Partner with engineering to scale high-volume, low-latency event processing and support emerging agentic use cases. Drive platform extensibility, reliability, transparency, and user efficiency across enterprise GTM workflows.

The Applied AI Scientist will develop AI features, improve orchestration and reasoning systems, and work closely with engineering teams on production capabilities.

Own Demandbase’s AI product adoption and growth strategy, guiding customers from discovery and activation through repeat usage, cross-capability adoption, consumption growth, retention, and commercial expansion. Define adoption funnels, meaningful value metrics, lifecycle strategies, experiments, packaging, entitlements, and monetization mechanics. Partner with Product, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to improve AI outcomes, establish behavioral insights, and turn successful experiments into scalable product experiences.

Manage a 25–50 account enterprise portfolio against a ~$15M quota, reactivate dormant accounts, expand footprint via executive relationships, co-sell with SaaS teams, drive pipeline, forecast accurately, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale Demandbase's advertising business.

Manage end-to-end payroll operations across the US, India, and UK, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing. Lead an offshore payroll team, own payroll systems and integrations, support implementations and Workday Payroll rollouts, and oversee payroll accounting, reconciliations, audits, tax compliance, controls, and process improvements. Partner with PeopleOps, Benefits, and Accounting while resolving complex payroll issues and protecting confidential employee data.

Lead global month-end close, technical accounting (ASC 606/842, stock comp, business combinations), international consolidation, audits, and process automation. Manage and develop accounting staff, partner with FP&A, oversee equity accounting and payroll tie-outs, support M&A and treasury activities, and drive systems and controls improvements for a growing international SaaS company.

Lead and expand executive relationships with top technology and advisory partners. Develop joint product, AI and GTM strategies, drive partner integrations and co-selling, influence product roadmaps, run executive engagement and strategic planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
