Lead hands-on recruiting and talent acquisition strategy as the company’s founding recruiter. Own the full recruiting lifecycle, source senior and specialized technical and go-to-market talent, partner with leadership and hiring managers, manage offers, and improve candidate experience. Build the talent brand, employer value proposition, talent maps, candidate pipelines, recruiting processes, and eventually a recruiting team while leveraging modern tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Support the CEO, CTO, and Chief Commercial Officer with calendar management, meetings, travel, relationship coordination, agendas, and expenses. Manage employee engagement, events, onboarding milestones, office vendors, supplies, facilities, mail, lunches, and workplace protocols across San Francisco and Menlo Park offices. Troubleshoot basic office audiovisual technology and help optimize office spaces during upcoming relocations.

Head of Legal will serve as Develop Health’s first in-house lawyer, owning commercial contracts, negotiations, legal processes, compliance partnership, outside counsel, and financing support. The role will create contract templates, playbooks, fallback positions, escalation rules, and self-service tools while advising product and engineering on compliant solutions. This hands-on individual contributor role reports to the CEO and works onsite three days weekly in Menlo Park or San Francisco.
