Provide supervision and positive behavior support for elementary school-age children in an unstructured environment. Implement activities that promote learning, social skills, belonging, and safety. Build relationships, ensure appropriate supervision, and perform related duties as assigned.

Supervise and engage children in program activities; ensure safety and positive behavior guidance; build relationships; plan developmental activities; perform related duties. Requires CPR/First Aid and OSHA Universal Precautions training.

Provides classroom support to teachers by assisting with instructional and clerical tasks, monitoring and supervising students in varied settings, reporting incidents, maintaining instructional materials and files, administering minor first aid, mediating student conflicts, and performing related duties to ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
