Lead and build People systems for a high-growth SaaS company: design leveling/comp systems, own HRIS and onboarding, run recruiting operations, manage performance and promotion cycles, handle employee relations and benefits, support immigration, and scale L&D and manager development.

Build and maintain backend APIs and data pipelines that ingest and process large-scale construction data (360° video, schedules, IoT). Optimize storage and query performance using DuckDB and PostgreSQL, extend Airflow workflows, integrate Wasm for local computation, monitor data quality, and collaborate with frontend, CV, and ML teams to deploy production models and analytics.

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Doxel, you will design and develop applications for project management, focusing on complex data handling and intuitive UI. Your role involves collaborating across teams and providing technical leadership in software projects.
