Own the end-to-end product management cycle, including customer discovery, user interviews, solution definition, product requirements, AI prototyping, engineering collaboration, feature launches, and communicating product value. The role focuses on rapidly delivering mobile and web products that improve construction workflows, using data and decisive ownership to address complex customer and operational needs.
The summary above was generated by AI
Construction is the second-largest industry in the world—nearly 4x the size of SaaS—yet it still operates without the automated feedback loops that modern software teams rely on. Without real-time observability, issues are detected too late, contributing to over $3 Trillion in annual global waste.

Doxel brings computer vision and AI to construction, giving teams real-time visibility into progress, risk, and execution. From hospitals to data centers, and from field leaders to executive teams, Doxel is used every day to support better decisions and faster delivery. Our platform is trusted by industry leaders including Shell, Genentech, HCA Healthcare, Kaiser, Turner, and Layton.

Doxel’s automated progress tracking solution keeps teams aligned with hard facts that leave no ambiguity on where the project is today, where it will be tomorrow and what decisions need to be made to land it on schedule and on budget. This enables our customers to deliver projects, on average, 11% ahead of schedule with up to 16% savings on monthly cash flow.

Backed by Insight Partners and Andreessen Horowitz and with a rapidly growing team of engineers, scientists, construction veterans, and Enterprise go-to-market teams, we're driven to help our customers win.

Join us as we continue our journey to transform the $15T Construction Industry!

The Role

At Doxel, we ship value fast! Our users demand that our mobile and web apps are easy to use, and immediately fit into existing workflows. As a Product Manager with Doxel, your main job is to deliver value to customers as quickly as possible. You’ll directly own executing fast cycles of:

  • Discovering user problems and needs by interviewing users on construction sites, participating in sales meetings, and listening to customer success.

  • Narrowing in on solutions with the product design and engineering teams.

  • Writing user stories, product requirement documents, and using AI prototyping to lead engineering in building and releasing features that meet customer needs.

  • Communicating the value of what you built to sales, marketing, customer success, and customers themselves.

Success in this role means executing this cycle with decisive ownership. You’ll be immediately rewarded with users thrilled that you’re making their projects, their jobs, and their lives better.

What You Bring

  • 5+ Years product management experience with 2+ years building products for enterprise

  • Track record of influencing others with clear verbal communication and driving predictable outcomes with detailed documentation or AI prototyping

  • Experience interviewing users and leading customer discovery

  • Experience building tools for scalable internal ops processes

  • System-thinking across processes and data that are complex and ambiguous

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and end-to-end ownership from concept to post-launch

  • Excellence in deciding when to be scrappy vs. when to build for resilience and scale.

  • Hunger for using data to inform better decisions, and capablbility to making decisions when data isn’t available

  • Bonus: Experience in construction or experience building products for industries with adjacent challenges such as logistics, manufacturing, medical/biotech, gaming, IoT, or other industries that interact with real or virtual worlds.

  • Bonus: Startup experience, especially if you were a founder.

Doxel is an equal opportunity employer and actively seeks diversity at our company. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
