The Network Engineer 3 troubleshoots and mitigates network issues across backbone, enterprise, and data center environments. Responsibilities include network infrastructure changes, capacity restoration, integrity and recovery testing, vulnerability documentation, incident response, routing and switching configuration, IP address management, ACL maintenance, hardware refreshes, firmware upgrades, vendor coordination, and developing Python and Unix Shell automation tools. The role is telecommuting-enabled within the United States.

Designs and implements data-driven solutions for research operations using SQL, data engineering, and analytics. Develops dashboards, automated recruitment and survey processes, data integrations, reporting, and compliance checks. Analyzes data, supports complex participant recruiting, and collaborates with research, analytics, legal, and engineering teams to improve data accessibility, workflows, and operational efficiency.

Develop and maintain reliable, fault-tolerant software systems and infrastructure automation. Build monitoring and alerting, optimize performance and resource usage, automate deployments and scaling, respond to incidents, analyze bottlenecks, conduct postmortems, and implement preventive measures to support scalable systems.
