Leads Cyber Incident Review Analysts and performs hands-on cyber review and quality control. Responsibilities include analyzing datasets with SQL, Python, and Power Query; identifying security risks; preparing dashboards and reports; maintaining audit documentation; coordinating workflows; mentoring staff; collaborating with security, legal, compliance, and technology teams; and driving process improvements.

Manage internal audit projects, conduct risk assessments, evaluate internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and recommend process improvements. Partner with senior leaders, collaborate with external auditors, support remediation and risk management, and lead and mentor audit team members.

Design and build scalable enterprise applications in C#/.NET (APIs, microservices) and integrate AI capabilities (Python, LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, agentic frameworks). Own CI/CD, Azure DevOps workflows, containerized deployments, and collaborate across teams to deliver AI-enabled operational automation and agent integrations.

Manage sales of eDiscovery services, achieve revenue targets, nurture client relationships, and achieve customer satisfaction while building a sales strategy.

Sell litigation support services (eDiscovery, document hosting/coding, managed review) within an assigned territory. Build trusted client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, hunt for new customers, deliver presentations and demos, manage accounts and billing coordination, meet revenue and daily sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

The Sr. Consultant - Invoice Review will analyze legal invoices, providing insights to drive cost-saving measures for clients while managing multiple projects.

Manage and oversee cybersecurity reviews, vulnerability assessments, data privacy, and SIEM processes. Collaborate with IT/security teams, provide technical support, analyze security data, document protocols, ensure governance compliance, and coach security staff to improve security posture and operational performance.

Manages multiple eDiscovery client projects and serves as the primary liaison for service delivery. Coordinates project schedules, forecasts, requirements, quality verification, communications, issue resolution, status tracking, and final production. Builds strong client relationships, leads internal collaboration, manages expectations, and reviews financial and billing information to ensure deadlines and project objectives are met.

Leads multiple client implementations, contract changes, and internal projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include training clients, consulting, data migration planning and execution, workflow and process customization, client relationship management, documentation, and project management. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, independent technology learning, and accountability for project outcomes in a fast-paced environment, with potential travel of 5–10%.

Develops and executes public relations, earned media, and thought leadership programs to strengthen Epiq’s visibility and reputation across legal services, legal technology, eDiscovery, cybersecurity, and AI. Partners with executives and subject matter experts to create media commentary, articles, presentations, and executive communications; secures speaking and media opportunities; manages reputation and issues; monitors industry trends; and supports communications for corporate milestones and strategic initiatives.

Provide technical consulting, solution design, and implementation guidance for Intapp products and integrations. Develop Boomi and ETL integrations using SQL, REST, and SOAP APIs; apply AI and automation to improve delivery, data transformation, security, and compliance. Gather requirements, coordinate stakeholders, lead projects, report progress, troubleshoot issues, mitigate risks, and support successful client outcomes.

Owns and codifies business definitions and calculation methods for legal spend analytics, audits legacy Excel/PowerPoint artifacts, validates analyses (SQL and AI), supports reporting and storytelling for senior law department and C-suite audiences, and helps migrate analyses into modern analytics tooling.
