Recruits, screens, interviews, staffs, and onboards attorneys and legal professionals for document review and other project-based engagements across the United States. Maintains ATS records, coordinates interviews, supports hiring managers and HR teams, develops talent pipelines, participates in recruiting events, and improves recruiting processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Leads the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software and AI solutions. Responsibilities include architecture, full-stack development, microservices, cloud-native applications, RAG systems, LLM integrations, AI orchestration, DevOps, security, observability, technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration. The role drives engineering standards, scalable production deployments, intelligent automation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.

Designs and develops enterprise-scale software and AI solutions, including APIs, integrations, data pipelines, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI applications. Partners with stakeholders, product owners, data scientists, and DevOps teams to translate business needs into scalable architectures. Provides hands-on development, architecture leadership, technical mentoring, code reviews, and engineering best practices while ensuring security, compliance, performance, data quality, and operational reliability.
