Administer and design TIBCO infrastructure (BW/EMS/ASG), perform installs, automate deployments, tune performance, troubleshoot SSL/memory/messaging issues, coordinate with development teams, and oversee offshore deliverables. MQ/MFT experience is optional but desirable.

Lead manufacturing and product lifecycle operations: analyze ECRs and root causes, improve cycle time, drive commercialization and manufacturability improvements, manage pilot and volume production readiness, present technical updates to business unit and manufacturing executives, and resolve cross-functional operational issues.

Lead design and implement Core Java desktop applications, provide multithreaded solutions, analyze requirements, optimize existing designs, work hands-on with JNI/CORBA, and coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams.
