Mandatory Skills: Lead manufacturing team, Manufacturing Process

Desired Skills: Auto Desk Inventor

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the ECR – part status across the all the platform and analysis the root cause of the long lead item and report to respective owner.

• Help improve the cycle time 

• Work on the design activities 

• Drive product life cycle operational deliverables for business unit programs

• Prepare and present complex technical and/or high level presentations to business unit and Mfg executive management

• Top Design/Commercial Related Opportunities

• Align with BU product management to develop and execute product commercialization strategy and plan

• Engage BU engineering to analyze design and identify product improvements for enhanced volume manufacturability

• Manage risk exposure to the division through analysis of production maturity

• Interface with BU operations on execution of division operational strategy

• Engage Pilot manufacturing to ensure early learning builds meet target milestones

• Resolve business process operational issues between the business unit, Pilot operation and volume production

• Initiate and lead pilot operation strategic initiatives

• Drive product life cycle operational deliverables for business unit programs

• Prepare and present complex technical and/or high level presentations to business unit and Mfg executive management
