Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, and UX design, with a focus on AI/ML talent. Partner with executives and hiring managers, source senior candidates, assess technical depth, improve interview processes, close offers, analyze recruiting metrics, build scalable hiring systems, and mentor recruiting team members.

Own Legal Operations, cross-functional business processes, business systems, tooling, vendor management, reporting, and workflow automation. Build scalable operating mechanisms, improve information flow, coordinate strategic initiatives, and support executive planning in a fast-growing SaaS company. The role requires strong project management, systems implementation, process design, AI workflow experience, and comfort solving ambiguous problems without a predefined playbook.

As an AI Engineer, you will develop and optimize AI systems for legal tasks, work on integrating models, and establish evaluation frameworks to enhance decision-making capabilities in complex legal workflows.
