Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure Azure-based RESTful APIs and backend services using C# and modern .NET. Provide technical ownership across design, deployment, monitoring, performance optimization, security (Azure AD/OAuth/OpenID Connect/JWT), CI/CD, and production troubleshooting. Senior leader owning strategic relationships with assigned payers to drive network access, retention, reimbursement performance, and enterprise revenue. Leads executive engagement, cross-functional collaboration, payer performance monitoring, governance, and development of scalable processes for the Strategic Payer Relations function.

Own and optimize lead generation platforms, integrations, and data flows; analyze and improve campaign performance and ROI; build reporting and run tests; collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Compliance to ensure quality, routing, and scalable processes.
