Build Python and Go services, govern AWS infrastructure, establish engineering standards, optimize distributed systems, and lead technical design reviews. Mentor engineers, guide technology evaluations, improve observability and CI/CD, and participate in incident response and reliability initiatives.

Lead the technical vision and architecture for AWS cloud-native platforms and agentic AI systems. Lead end-to-end revenue operations for Employer Services: own Salesforce and revenue tech stack, standardize quote-to-revenue, govern forecasting and pipeline, align revenue integrity with Finance, and drive global transformation, automation, and adoption across Sales, Finance, and Technology.
