The Innovation Lead will identify, prototype, and commercialize transformative AI, multi-agent, and edge-computing solutions for intelligent networking. Leads the strategy, architecture, and delivery of Extreme Networks’ wireless hardware and software portfolio, including access points, controllers, and cloud-managed platforms. Oversees distributed hardware, firmware, software, and RF engineering teams; manages roadmaps, budgets, vendors, compliance, and executive communications. Drives scalable product delivery, engineering quality, cloud networking, AI adoption, and innovation in Wi-Fi, private wireless, and cellular convergence.
