Define the roadmap and product strategy for Fastly’s user and developer experiences, including the Control Panel, CLI, developer tooling, IAM, AI agent access, and API token lifecycle capabilities. Translate customer needs into product requirements, establish data-driven success metrics, drive adoption, and collaborate with engineering, design, security, infrastructure, support, sales engineering, marketing, and revenue teams to deliver seamless multi-tenant developer workflows.

The Senior Customer Solutions Engineer provides technical support and builds relationships with key clients, ensuring successful implementation of Fastly's products and managing escalations. They leverage technical expertise to drive customer initiatives and mentor other engineers.

Lead and scale a global Deal Desk to optimize pricing, discounting, and contract terms. Build and mentor a high-performing team, drive CPQ and system improvements, establish deal governance and risk controls, partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to structure complex deals, and deliver data-driven insights to improve deal velocity, revenue, and profitability.

Customer-facing senior cloud engineer who architects and implements Fastly edge/CDN solutions, performs post-sales implementations (VCL, logging, image optimization), troubleshoots customer systems, recommends improvements, and drives adoption while communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Drive product launches, sales enablement, competitive differentiation, compliance messaging, cross-sell narratives, content and campaigns, and public product evangelism in partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Design and drive technical data security strategy across corporate and production systems. Embed data protection into system design, implement enterprise tooling (discovery/classification, DLP), harden access controls, assess and mitigate data risks, and translate governance/privacy requirements into scalable technical controls while partnering with Product, Engineering, Legal, and system owners.

Lead day-to-day order management and contract-to-CRM validation for signed deals, ensure data completeness and accuracy, clear exceptions, drive month/quarter-end readiness, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, Billing, and Revenue Accounting, and design process improvements, controls, and documentation to support accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.

Lead market narrative, positioning, and GTM for Fastly's AI initiatives. Drive launches, sales enablement, analyst relations, buyer insights, competitive intelligence, and cross-portfolio AI storytelling to increase adoption of edge AI, inference, and developer-facing AI capabilities.

Lead and grow a team building distributed container infrastructure at the edge. Define multi-year technical roadmap, drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure low-latency/high-availability secure delivery, contribute technically, and own operational excellence and on-call support for a geographically distributed fleet of resource-constrained nodes.
