The role involves providing legal counsel on markets and products at the intersection of crypto and securities, ensuring compliance with related laws.

Prospect into named enterprise accounts through email, phone, and LinkedIn. Research organizations, map stakeholders, create targeted outreach, qualify interest, and generate qualified meetings for Account Executives. Maintain accurate CRM records, build account plans, partner with Marketing on campaigns and conferences, and provide market feedback. The role requires consistent outbound activity, enterprise prospecting experience, resilience, and occasional travel.

Own the company’s account-based marketing and cold outbound engine for key B2B segments. Build target-account lists, contact maps, automated email journeys, messaging systems, reporting, and optimization processes. Partner with sales, partnerships, channel marketing, and field marketing to generate qualified meetings, SQLs, and pipeline. Manage Salesforce and HubSpot reporting, diagnose CRM sync issues, coordinate event-based ABM tactics, and continuously improve performance through data analysis and A/B testing.
