Contract technical recruiter responsible for breaking down hard-to-fill technical roles, calibrating requirements with hiring managers, directing sourcing, evaluating candidates against evidence-based criteria, conducting structured interviews, screening for fraud, and presenting qualified candidates. The recruiter will collaborate with a global recruiting pod and create reusable Claude workflows, interview guides, and search playbooks.

Lead a major Findem product by setting long-term strategy, defining market and customer insights, establishing KPIs, prioritizing investments, and driving high-impact execution. Partner closely with engineering to deliver product milestones, apply quantitative and qualitative data to product decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, support, general managers, and other stakeholders. The role requires experience building AI-enabled B2B SaaS products, including 0-to-1 and 1-to-10 development and workflow automation.

Design and ship intuitive UX for AI-powered recruiting products, including agentic workflows, agent artifacts, customer prototypes, design systems, and SaaS experiences. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and customers from concept through production. Contribute front-end polish through React and TypeScript pull requests, covering responsive behavior, accessibility, motion, and interface states.
