Lead architectural vision and modernization of high-throughput, low-latency backend microservices and event-driven platforms. Design scalable APIs, data models, caching, storage, and NFRs for performance, security, fault tolerance, and observability. Build and maintain a portfolio of native Android applications and public SDKs for Clover POS devices, primarily using Kotlin. Contribute to Java backend microservices, define client-server API contracts, enforce payment security (PCI, EMV, tokenization), and own fleet stability and release operations across a large device network while supporting third-party integrations.

Lead and scale a DevOps/SRE team responsible for a global payments platform.
