Individual contributor responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue in a mid-market region. Own the full sales cycle, build pipeline through networking and cold-calling, meet quotas, forecast in SFDC, present business plans, and ensure customer satisfaction through implementation and support.

Manage and close inbound/warm sales opportunities for Five9’s cloud contact center products. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, track opportunities in Salesforce, meet monthly quotas, present value propositions, and act as product subject-matter expert while collaborating with the team.
