Own the full sales cycle, build pipeline through networking and cold-calling, meet quotas, forecast in SFDC, present business plans, and ensure customer satisfaction through implementation and support.

Manage and close inbound/warm sales opportunities for Five9’s cloud contact center products. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, track opportunities in Salesforce, meet monthly quotas, present value propositions, and act as product subject-matter expert while collaborating with the team.

The Commercial Account Director is responsible for managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, driving revenue, and ensuring customer retention and satisfaction while identifying upselling opportunities.
