Designs, standardizes, and supports enterprise compute and hypervisor platforms, including bare metal, Linux, virtualization, private cloud, and Kubernetes. Builds BMaaS capabilities, PXE and Redfish provisioning, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and hardware lifecycle workflows. Troubleshoots storage, networking, Kubernetes, hypervisor, and Linux issues while producing technical designs and supporting production escalations. Collaborates with platform, operations, network, and storage teams on secure, scalable, highly available infrastructure.

Designs, operates, and scales software-defined and enterprise storage platforms across private and public clouds. Builds Kubernetes and OpenStack storage workflows using Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps, CI/CD, and automation. Maintains highly available, resilient, secure, and observable infrastructure; performs troubleshooting across storage, Linux, networking, hypervisors, and Kubernetes. Participates in on-call support, incident response, disaster recovery, change management, documentation, and technical mentorship.

Design and develop global learning experiences, performance support tools, and sales enablement content. Conduct needs analysis, apply instructional design and adult learning principles, support evaluation and measurement, and collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, program managers, and learning professionals. Manage assigned projects, explore learning technologies, and create solutions that improve commercial sales capability, performance, and business outcomes.
