Own FloQast’s multi-region AI platform infrastructure across AWS, including Bedrock model runtimes, sandboxed code execution, Terraform, observability, cost controls, CI/CD, security, and reliability. Support Transform, AI Matching, and AutoBuilder by managing scaling, throttling, tenant isolation, journey-based SLOs, model and prompt delivery gates, and AI-specific on-call processes across US, EU, and AU regions.

Serve as the strategic People Business Partner for R&D, advising the CTO, SVP of Product, and technical leaders. Align workforce planning, organizational design, career architecture, performance, compensation, engagement, and talent strategies with technical goals. Coach engineering managers, analyze people metrics, support organizational scaling, and execute core People programs. Requires strong software development lifecycle literacy, executive presence, analytical capability, AI fluency, and extensive HRBP experience in high-growth technology or SaaS environments.
