Own and evolve the go-to-market technology stack, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, analytics, integrations, and automated workflows. Maintain pipeline data models, deal stages, reporting, dashboards, and data quality. Partner with sales and customer success to improve processes, support segmentation and capacity planning, and automate prospecting, research, routing, and outbound activities using code and AI tools.

Build and ship AI-powered requirements features, agentic workflows, and full-stack production services. Integrate and evaluate language models, develop RAG systems, prompt and model management, data pipelines, observability, evaluation harnesses, and safety guardrails. Partner with product teams and customers to prototype, validate, and iterate on AI capabilities while balancing reliability, latency, cost, and debuggability.

Leads and builds the forward deployed engineering function, owning post-sale customer integrations, AI workflow deployments, adoption, and account expansion. Connects Flow with PLM, ALM, CAD, simulation, and issue-tracking systems; converts pilots into production deployments; develops repeatable implementation playbooks; and feeds customer insights into product and engineering roadmaps. The role combines team leadership, hands-on coding, technical customer engagement, and collaboration with sales, product, and engineering.

Build and lead Flow’s solutions engineering organization while personally running technical evaluations for enterprise deals. Create the SE playbook, evaluation frameworks, demo environments, onboarding, certification, hiring profile, and ramp program. Hire and develop a team of 10+ SEs across regions, establish the technical-win-to-deployment handoff, and partner closely with Sales. The role requires recent enterprise evaluation experience, strong technical credibility with engineers, and a track record of building SE systems from scratch.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. Manage named accounts, run complex multi-stakeholder deals, create account plans, and expand customer relationships. Partner with product and engineering on customer feedback and roadmap influence, develop expertise in AI-enabled systems engineering workflows, represent Flow at industry events, and help refine pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market B2B SaaS customers, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing. Build pipeline across engineering, hardware, aerospace, and defense organizations; manage high-volume opportunities; partner with product and engineering; represent Flow at industry events; and help refine positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

The role involves designing, building, and operating backend infrastructure, scaling the platform, and contributing to CI/CD processes. Requires collaboration with other teams and expertise in cloud environments, systems design, and security practices.
