Own Flow’s editorial voice and calendar, writing essays, customer stories, technical explainers, newsletters, product launches, and executive content. Interview engineers and customers in hardware industries, translate complex topics clearly, grow search and AI-answer visibility, use AI responsibly, and measure content performance. The role requires independent editorial judgment, strong technical storytelling, and consistent hands-on publishing.

Own the company’s security architecture and compliance posture across application, cloud, data, and AI systems. Responsibilities include threat modeling, secure design, platform hardening, tenant isolation, SOC 2 readiness, export-control and ITAR preparation, AI/LLM security, security tooling, vulnerability management, incident response, and customer security reviews. This role establishes security practices as the company’s first dedicated security hire.

Build and lead Flow’s sales organization while personally closing strategic enterprise deals. Recruit, coach, and develop Account Executives; own forecasting, pipeline, quotas, and sales execution; manage complex multi-stakeholder deals and land-and-expand motions; and collaborate on pricing, positioning, territories, product feedback, and go-to-market strategy. The role requires selling to technical and engineering buyers and includes 30–50% travel.
