Own UX and UI design for a Massachusetts public-service Family Portal and Case Management System. Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design-system components; translate complex eligibility and case-management workflows into accessible interfaces. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, stakeholders, and agile teams through implementation, reviews, demos, and accessibility assessments. The role requires autonomy, rapid prototyping, strong communication, and familiarity with WCAG compliance, government services, and potentially multilingual or trauma-informed design.
