The role requires at least 10 years of transactional legal experience, a JD, and active state bar membership.

Designs and validates PCBAs and electrical systems for high-power battery storage applications across the full lifecycle, including requirements, component selection, schematics, layouts, vendor DFM, bring-up, verification, sustaining, and troubleshooting. Collaborates with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and test teams while ensuring safety, reliability, compliance, and documentation standards.

Lead migration of legacy infrastructure to modern internal platforms, design reliable Day-2 operations, extend platform integrations, and establish monitoring, SLOs, security controls, audit automation, and cost forecasting.
