As a Principal Product Designer, you'll collaborate with teams to create user-friendly experiences and enhance product design based on research and integration of user insights.

Lead and operate Function's imaging partner network across 200+ facilities: manage account management, onboarding, SLAs, CRM hygiene, commercial terms, and high‑stakes escalations. Set market and partner strategy, coach and grow a team, coordinate launches and cross-functional integration, and support product and international expansion to ensure partner performance and member satisfaction.

Strategic individual contributor partnering with C-suite and senior leaders across G&A, GTM, and Clinical to shape org strategy, structure, talent, and leadership. Drive hiring, performance management, restructuring, and organizational effectiveness during rapid growth, coaching leaders to build high-performing teams and reduce friction while scaling.
