Develop sector strategy, build partnerships, mobilize multidisciplinary teams, represent GHD externally, and drive integrated, client-focused solutions across digital, infrastructure, water, environment, and energy services.

Lead planning, design, and delivery of complex highway, roadway, bridge, and active transportation projects. Drive business development, client relationships, technical quality, financial performance, risk management, and team development. Support regional strategy, adopt digital tools, and ensure compliance with Caltrans and AASHTO standards.
