The Data Science Manager will lead a team to build data science foundations, drive marketing innovations, and deliver scalable AI solutions to optimize growth decisions.

Own training pipelines, feature stores, model serving, monitoring, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and generative AI operations. Partner with data science, product, engineering, legal, and privacy stakeholders to establish operational standards, manage vendors, and balance innovation with safety, compliance, cost, and reliability.

Lead design and implementation of payout and ledgering systems, bring core payments capabilities in-house, own technical decisions, mentor engineers, and drive projects end-to-end to scale payments infrastructure.

The Senior Staff Software Engineer will lead the architecture of GoFundMe's identity platform, ensuring reliability and scalability while overseeing identity protocols and managing cross-team integrations, focusing on user trust and security.

Lead a team of ~5–8 engineers building and operating an integrations platform (APIs, webhooks, Salesforce, event-driven systems). Own roadmap delivery, mentor engineers, drive architecture and operational excellence, manage migrations, partner cross-functionally, and support customers while staying hands-on in technical design and incident response.

Drive pricing and yield optimization at GoFundMe by applying economics, behavioral science, and machine learning. Lead experimentation, model decision-making, and translate insights into action, while ensuring high standards for modeling and collaboration with product teams.
