The Senior Product Designer will lead design strategy and execution for critical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence user-focused solutions. They will mentor other designers and ensure high-quality deliverables while being a thought leader in design processes.

The Senior Staff Software Engineer will lead the architecture of GoFundMe's identity platform, ensuring reliability and scalability while overseeing identity protocols and managing cross-team integrations, focusing on user trust and security.

Lead a team of ~5–8 engineers building and operating an integrations platform (APIs, webhooks, Salesforce, event-driven systems). Own roadmap delivery, mentor engineers, drive architecture and operational excellence, manage migrations, partner cross-functionally, and support customers while staying hands-on in technical design and incident response.
