Leads the AI Transformation engineering team, overseeing hiring, coaching, architecture, delivery, reliability, and operational health for agentic AI solutions. Guides LLM integrations, MCP orchestration, evaluation frameworks, plugins, usage analytics, CI/CD, observability, security, compliance, and auditability. Partners with Product, business units, Security, Compliance, and AI Governance to deliver scalable AI initiatives and track adoption, quality, and velocity.

Own the unified roadmap for AI Transformation and Salesforce products. Lead discovery, requirements, prioritization, backlog management, delivery, adoption, and go-to-market coordination across two engineering teams. Partner with business, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Salesforce stakeholders to implement generative and agentic AI solutions, automation, and platform enhancements. Define product metrics, analyze performance, communicate strategy and trade-offs, and drive scalable products that improve employee and customer experiences.

Provides legal and regulatory counsel for mortgage and HELOC products, consumer credit, lending, debt collection, privacy, and solar financing. Advises business units, manages outside counsel, supports compliance with applicable laws and policies, and handles related product, litigation, complaint, and examination matters.

The Senior Manager develops omnichannel campaigns, designs audiences and customer journeys, builds supervised marketing automations, and maintains marketing technology standards. The role partners with Salesforce and Databricks teams on customer data, governs campaign taxonomy and tracking, reports performance, evaluates and migrates marketing tools, and coaches partner teams. It also requires validating SQL, HTML, and AI-generated marketing operations output while applying privacy, consent, deliverability, and data-sensitivity standards in a consumer lending environment.

Supports GoodLeap’s Capital Markets Legal team with structured finance transactions, including securitizations, warehouse facilities, and forward flows. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing transaction documents, managing closing deliverables and electronic binders, drafting corporate governance documents, maintaining compliance trackers, improving legal processes with AI tools, and collaborating with Finance, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, attorneys, and external counsel.
