Leads legal project management for complex matters, partnering with attorneys, clients, pricing teams, and business development to manage scope, budgets, timelines, resources, profitability, and client transparency. Owns full-cycle recruiting for complex technical and business professional roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing. Partners with hiring managers and business leaders as a talent advisor, using market intelligence, recruiting metrics, and creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines and influence hiring decisions. Manages candidate relationships, provides hiring guidance, and contributes to recruiting programs and process improvements.

Coordinates law-firm audit inquiry responses, including information gathering, disclosure analysis, drafting, deadline management, and collaboration with attorneys and Finance. Supports conflicts clearance by reviewing business intake, conducting conflicts searches, analyzing ethical and business risks, advising stakeholders, researching professional responsibility requirements, and preparing waivers, ethical screens, and engagement language. Lead lateral associate recruiting strategy and execution for California offices; manage full lifecycle hiring, law school/on‑campus recruiting and the Summer Associate Program; oversee and mentor recruiting teams, implement best practices and workflows, manage vendor relationships, report hiring metrics, and support firmwide recruiting initiatives and process improvements.
