Lead and manage a remote team of Implementation Managers to deliver SaaS onboarding projects. Own daily operations, KPIs, performance management, training, quality oversight, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, high-quality client implementations.

Own retention, net revenue retention, and expansion across an enterprise SaaS multifamily portfolio. Build executive relationships, drive adoption and value realization, execute churn-prevention strategies, partner with Sales on upsells, and surface customer feedback to Product and Leadership.
