Leads enterprise Embedded Finance partner risk and controls strategy across BaaS and GDN partners. Advises executives and boards on risk-growth trade-offs, establishes first-line control standards, designs partner oversight operating models, manages regulatory commitments, develops risk scorecards, and represents the company with regulators and industry stakeholders. The role also leads cross-functional initiatives involving risk, compliance, legal, finance, technology, and external partners.

Provides senior legal leadership for Green Dot’s Network and Banking-as-a-Service businesses. Advises executives on commercial, regulatory, product, operational, and financial-services matters; negotiates complex agreements; supports payments, fintech, banking, and money movement products; manages outside counsel and legal processes; partners with Compliance, Risk, Product, Finance, and Operations; and leads attorneys and cross-functional initiatives.

Provides expert SQL Server database performance engineering for high-volume financial transaction systems. Diagnoses and resolves complex performance, concurrency, HA/DR, replication, and scalability issues; designs partitioning, indexing, monitoring, automation, and security controls; leads incident response and disaster recovery testing; supports regulatory audits; and mentors DBAs and developers. The consultant partners with engineering, SRE, architecture, and security teams to improve latency, stability, reliability, and scalability.

Leads intake, discovery, solutioning, and readiness for partner payments products and the Payments Platform. Defines product strategy, requirements, roadmaps, success metrics, customer journeys, workflows, and risk controls. Coordinates Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance/Risk, and business stakeholders to validate feasibility, dependencies, risks, and operational readiness. Serves as a payments subject matter expert, supports issue resolution, ensures governance adherence, and mentors product practitioners.

Leads end-to-end planning and execution for partner payment products and services. Defines product requirements, prioritizes features, develops roadmaps, manages product lifecycles, triages defects, and coordinates releases, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance. Partners with business, engineering, QA, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and account management teams to deliver API-based B2B services while meeting governance, contract, budget, and stakeholder requirements.
