Support enterprise growth through partner research, business development, financial analysis, partner implementation and success, inorganic growth assessment, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. Manage partner relationships, track KPIs, surface risks, and produce partner-facing materials to drive expansion and execution.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for a PACE center: schedule and coordinate programs and meetings, manage mail/voicemail/faxes, maintain inventory, welcome participants, answer phones, maintain participant records, assist with registration/enrollment, and coordinate transportation as needed while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.

Support, configure, test, and maintain the Epic EHR and supporting systems. Build tailored workflows, document requirements, manage small-to-medium projects, lead testing and go-lives, resolve user issues, and coordinate vendor (OCHIN) updates and releases.
