The Director of Partnerships will build and manage relationships with healthcare partners, improve partner-facing workflows, resolve operational issues, and create scalable partnership structures supporting new center launches and market expansion. The role requires cross-functional leadership, executive communication, strategic problem-solving, and operational execution in a growing healthcare startup. The position is remote for California-based candidates and requires travel up to 25%.

Supports People Experience programs through LMS administration, onboarding workflow coordination, orientation scheduling, participant communications, reporting, content management, and employee offboarding. Maintains learning systems and vendors, coordinates faculty and logistics, packages orientation materials, and helps standardize processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Supports and improves IT infrastructure across multi-site healthcare centers, including endpoints, networks, cloud systems, printing, AV, phones, digital signage, SaaS applications, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID. Delivers site and technology projects, automates onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoots escalated issues, manages vendors, supports disaster recovery testing, and maintains documentation, security, asset inventories, and HIPAA-compliant access practices.
