Drive new employer business across the Mid-Atlantic by leveraging broker and consultant relationships. Own territory pipeline, pursue RFPs, present to C-suite and HR leaders, forecast and document activity in Salesforce, and close new-logo deals with up to 50% regional travel.

Perform healthcare system research and document resources for members and internal teams. Provide clear, accurate findings, maintain case documentation, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA/COBRA), follow up on cases, and escalate trends to leadership to support member decision-making.

Maintain regulatory compliance and audit readiness for the Employee Assistance Program. Manage grievances from intake through resolution, coordinate quality improvement and accreditation activities, track corrective actions and reporting, prepare documentation for audits and meetings, analyze trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to reduce risk and improve processes.

Handle assigned claims and billing inquiries for members: research plan documents, identify and resolve billing/coding errors, assist with claims resubmission and payment arrangements, contact providers, document case work, escalate when necessary, and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to policies and regulations.

Investigate and resolve complex healthcare claims and billing discrepancies, coordinate benefits across carriers, educate members on coverage, document cases in internal systems, escalate when needed, and mentor team members while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accuracy.

Design and build Power BI reports and SSRS reports, write advanced SQL to extract and validate data, create scalable data models, investigate trends, automate reporting processes, and collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into usable analytics solutions.
