Teams at Hex

Coordinates recruiting activities across multiple teams, including interview scheduling, onsite logistics, candidate communication, feedback tracking, and recruiting system maintenance. Partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep hiring processes efficient and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. Identifies bottlenecks, improves workflows, supports recruiting events and onboarding, and helps automate repetitive tasks as the company scales.

Manage and scale an Account Executive team selling Hex’s technical SaaS platform to SMB customers. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring AEs; refining sales methodology; supporting complex deal cycles; developing product and competitive expertise; improving pipeline health and funnel conversion with RevOps and Marketing; and driving new-logo sales and account expansion. The role requires travel as needed and commuting to a San Francisco or New York office twice weekly.

Own and improve Hex’s corporate IT infrastructure, including identity, endpoints, SaaS applications, employee lifecycle systems, office technology, and asset management. Build automation and AI agents, manage macOS fleets, strengthen monitoring and security practices, resolve complex operational issues, and partner with Security, People, Finance, Engineering, vendors, and consultants. The role is hands-on and expected to progressively assume day-to-day leadership of the IT function.
