Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale bare metal GPU and AI Cloud infrastructure programs. Lead planning, procurement readiness, data center deployment, cluster commissioning, software enablement, production readiness, customer onboarding, and operational handoff across multiple sites. Coordinate engineering, data center operations, supply chain, vendors, security, networking, and customer teams while managing risks, dependencies, schedules, governance, executive communications, and continuous process improvements.

Provides high-level administrative support to two supply chain executives by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, expenses, correspondence, meetings, briefing materials, organizational documents, and confidential information. The role coordinates with internal teams, suppliers, vendors, and executive stakeholders; supports onboarding and special projects; and proactively resolves scheduling and operational issues across fast-moving organizations.

Coordinates hospitality experiences, sports partnership tracking, reporting, and event execution. Responsibilities include managing VIP guest lists, credentials, travel logistics, budgets, vendors, timelines, activation deliverables, and leadership reporting. The role supports conferences, client events, employee engagements, and community activations, while collaborating cross-functionally with agencies, communications, and internal stakeholders. It requires evening and weekend flexibility, domestic and occasional international travel, and strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
