Lead site reliability engineering for Ironclad’s cloud platform and business-critical data systems. Responsibilities include setting SRE direction, improving reliability and scalability, operating Kubernetes and databases, automating infrastructure and delivery, designing disaster recovery, participating in on-call, leading incident investigations, mentoring engineers, and partnering across teams. The role requires strong cloud, distributed systems, infrastructure-as-code, database, troubleshooting, and technical leadership experience.

Lead and grow an engineering team building production generative AI systems. Set technical direction, own the roadmap and quality standards, make architectural decisions, contribute production code, and manage reliability and output-quality evaluation. Partner with product and engineering leaders to deliver business outcomes, prioritize work, hire and mentor engineers, and manage performance and career development. The role requires expertise in LLM systems, NLP, document understanding, retrieval, agent frameworks, or ML infrastructure.

Lead end-to-end product design for Ironclad’s enterprise contract lifecycle management platform. Shape AI-powered workflows and agent behavior, establish scalable design patterns, prototype rapidly, validate concepts with customers, and partner with product, engineering, data, and AI teams. The role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, executive communication, cross-functional influence, and mentorship of other designers.
