Lead employment and litigation counsel serving as the primary legal advisor to the People team. Responsibilities include employment policy and process development, workplace investigations, compliance, manager training, international expansion support, AI-related employment guidance, litigation and pre-litigation management, and coordination with outside counsel. The role also contributes to broader compliance, privilege, legal operations, and cross-functional initiatives.

Staff Product Manager responsible for importing, modeling, governing, and activating contract data across Ironclad’s platform. The role defines data foundations, knowledge graph capabilities, AI agents, integrations, schemas, APIs, quality metrics, lineage, and trust controls. This leader partners across Engineering, AI, Design, Search, Contract Understanding, and business teams to deliver context-aware experiences that support search, analytics, workflows, predictions, recommendations, and automated actions.

Own and improve identity governance, access controls, RBAC, SSO, MFA, device trust, and endpoint security programs. Integrate SaaS applications with identity platforms, conduct access reviews, investigate identity incidents, automate audit evidence collection, and partner across security, IT, compliance, and application teams. Develop scripts and integrations, support vulnerability management across macOS and Windows, and continuously strengthen identity architecture and least-privilege controls.
