Build and evolve core customer-facing and internal platform UI, maintain a cohesive design system, prototype and ship polished interactions and features, and collaborate with design and engineering to improve product quality.

Research Scientist developing vision-language models for construction-site intelligence. Responsibilities include training and evaluating deep learning models, building video and multimodal benchmarks, designing real-world performance metrics, and deploying optimized models to edge, on-premises, and cloud environments. The role involves end-to-end experimentation, long-context video reasoning, post-training, inference optimization, production feedback analysis, and collaboration with research, infrastructure, and hardware teams.

Own supply chain planning and materials management for Ironsite’s hardware, including demand forecasting, MRP, inventory optimization, production scheduling, ERP workflows, and contract manufacturer coordination. Build scalable S&OP and supply chain processes from the ground up, manage BOM and supplier data, support NPI and production ramps, track operational KPIs, and mitigate supply risks as the company scales from thousands to hundreds of thousands of devices.

Build and operate infrastructure connecting ruggedized wearable devices, edge networks, cloud systems, video pipelines, and AI compute environments. Develop petabyte-scale ingestion and storage, edge and cloud VLM inference, research compute orchestration, automated reporting, privacy controls, and fleet observability. Solve challenging networking, data transport, storage, distributed systems, hardware-software integration, and multi-environment ML infrastructure problems while scaling construction video processing to millions of hours.

Own internal IT for a distributed construction-focused startup: build IAM/SSO/onboarding automation, MDM/EDR and asset provisioning, implement SOC2/ISO27001 controls, run corporate networking/ZNTA/VPN, and provide IT support and automation for HQ, remote staff, and field crews.

Own the electrical architecture of ruggedized wearable hardware from concept through volume production.
