Administer Google Workspace, Vonage, Entra ID, and other workplace systems while maintaining documentation and internal resources. The role is full-time and onsite in San Mateo, California.

Provides advanced internal help desk support, mentorship, and troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, and Linux. Manages hardware, software, operating systems, malware incidents, conference room and A/V equipment, Google Workspace, Vonage, Entra ID, and other office systems. The role also improves documentation and supports technology integration during mergers and acquisitions.

Full-time summer software engineering intern developing educational products through design, coding, testing, debugging, and performance tuning. The role involves collaborating across teams and applying programming, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills to create technology that improves education.
