Lead in-home sales by running design consultations, closing high-ticket bath remodels, and coaching sales reps through ride-along training. Track performance, report to Sr. Sales Manager, ensure excellent customer experience, measure project needs, and participate in weekly office training. No cold calling; appointments are pre-scheduled.

Coordinate installation schedules, prepare project packets, manage Salesforce project statuses, liaise with installation, sales, permits, and business administration to resolve holds and ensure timely delivery. Conduct customer communications and adjust schedules as needed.

Conduct in-home design consultations for residential bath and shower remodels, assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, take accurate measurements, and close sales. Maintain high customer service, meet sales targets, attend mandatory training, and report weekly to the local office.
